These terms cover using the Guest Feedback tool at this site - the QR-code feedback forms for Hendra Holiday Park areas and the associated prize draws. By submitting feedback here, you agree to these terms.

Please only use this feedback form to share genuine feedback about your visit. Don't:

• Submit false, abusive, or unlawful content.
• Submit feedback on someone else's behalf without their knowledge.
• Use automated tools or scripts to submit feedback in bulk.

We may disregard or remove submissions that breach these terms.

Where a prize draw is running for a park area, its details (what's on offer and how it works) are shown on that area's feedback page at the time you enter. Entry is optional and requires a name and email address. We may change or withdraw a prize draw at any time. Winners will be contacted using the details they provided.

You own what you write. By submitting it, you allow us to use it internally to review and improve our park areas and services. We won't publish it or use it for marketing without asking you separately first.

This tool is provided as-is. We don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free, and we can't promise a personal response to every submission, though we do read all of them.

To the extent permitted by law, Hendra Holiday Park isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't legally be limited.

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always applies. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
