This page covers how the Guest Feedback tool (the QR-code feedback forms and admin dashboard at this site) handles personal data and cookies. When you leave feedback for a park area, we collect:

• Your NPS score (0-10) and any comment you write.
• If you choose to enter a prize draw: your name, email address, and phone number (phone is optional).

You can submit feedback without giving your name or contact details unless you want to enter a prize draw, which requires a name and email so we can contact you if you win.

To understand how each park area is performing and where to improve, and - if a prize draw is running and you opt in - to contact the winner. Feedback isn't published or used for marketing without asking you separately first.

Feedback and prize draw entries are kept for up to 12 months from submission, after which they're deleted or anonymized. To ask us to delete your feedback sooner, contact us using the details below.

This site uses:

• Necessary - a login session cookie for park staff using the admin dashboard. This can't be switched off, as the dashboard won't work without it.
• Analytics - only if you say yes in the cookie banner. Currently no analytics service is active on this site, but this setting is ready for if we add one.

You can change your choice any time using Cookie settings in the footer.

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the feedback you've submitted. Contact us at feedback@hendra-holidays.com or 01637 875778. If you're not happy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
